I understand that this application does not bind me to accept any plot that may be offered and that If I am offered a plot, I must accept or reject it within thirty days of the offer with payment of my fees and five year advance rent; otherwise the offer will lapse. Should I withdraw my application after paying these amounts I agree to forfeit the whole amount paid or such portion thereof, as the Commissioner of Lands, Housing and Urban Development may decide.

I understand that the standard lease of State land requires the completion of building within two (2) years of the lease commencement date, failure of which the land stands automatically revoked.

I am also aware that fencing does not constitute development (In the case)

I am able to comply with all the above requirements.

I agree that State land on GRA is not transferable without prior consent of the State Government.

On the date of submitting the form, I make this Solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provision of the statutory Declaration law.
